SUMMARY:Healing Hearts and Give STL Day
DESCRIPTION:April is Heartworm Awareness Month and we are asking for your help to raise much needed funds for our dogs with heartworms! Last year\, we took in and treated around 120 dogs with heartworms. Veterinary care for these dogs is not cheap\, but we are dedicated to saving each and every one of them! To help these pups receive the life-saving treatment they need\, we are asking pet lovers to join our fundraising team for our annual “Healing Hearts” campaign! Each fundraiser who hits their $500 goal will receive an exclusive family and/or pet photo shoot in our pawsome photography room. \nThe campaign kicks off on April 20th and ends on May 5th\, which will culminate in a local annual day of giving event\, Give STL Day. If you are unfamiliar with peer-to-peer fundraising or feel you will have trouble raising funds\, we will be there every step of the way to help you meet your $500 goal. From our experience\, we have found that it’s really easy to raise money for heartworm positive dogs by simply sharing stories (which we provide!) of heartworm positive dogs we have helped on your social media. There is also Facebook group exclusive to Healing Heart fundraisers.
