Meet Mindy!
Mindy is a young American Eskimo Dog/Spitz mix who came to us from a very bad living situation and was extremely shy. She has truly blossomed in the care and love of her foster family and is ready to enjoy the good life with her forever family. In the words of her foster mom, Mindy is a beautiful soul who just wants to be loved.
Mindy is about 35 pounds and has a lot of energy. Because of her age and energy, she does have some puppy chewing. A family who has a big yard and another dog to play with would be perfect for this love bug! Oh, and a house that is full of ropes and toys to chew on!
Mindy is crate trained and house broken. She would much rather be next to you though than in her crate! She loves to lay on the couch and cuddle with her people. She is great with other dogs and kids, but she would do best in a home without cats.
