Lil Mama waiting at the vet

About a week ago, Lil Mama was attacked by a dog. She got a laceration near her eye, and her family tried to treat it, but it became infected and swollen and she needed veterinary help. With nowhere else to turn, her family gave us a call. Lil Mama had been fixed through our Spay/Neuter Program, so they had worked with us before.

We were able to get Lil Mama in to see the vet at Hillside Animal Hospital. They sedated her, cleaned out the wound, and stitched it up to help her heal. They also sent her home with pain medication and antibiotics. She returned home to her family, who was so excited to see her and eager to help continue with her care!
