This week’s Monday Adoptable Dog is a cutie named Dominnick. He is a Terrier mix that was rescued during GPG’s routine feeding in East Saint Louis. He was spotted running scared in an alley by one of the feeders and they were able to rescue him. At that time, he was ten weeks old, but now he is fourteen weeks old. He is just a puppy now, but will grow up to forty pounds. He’ll be neutered as of April 30th and up-to-date on his shots.
Dominnick is a super sweet puppy. He’s extremely affectionate and doesn’t mind getting some love and attention himself! He loves people and other dogs. He has had frequent exposure to toddlers and has done very well with them. He has lots of kisses and puppy breath to give to everyone he meets. He has not had any exposure to cats yet.
Dominnick is very playful and has lots of puppy energy to keep you entertained. He’s a silly boy who loves to play tug of war or to see how fast he can wag his tail. Dominnick also loves his stuffed animals and enjoys his cuddle time with them. He has been working on potty and crate training and has been excelling. He’s pretty smart and knows a few commands already like sit. He is also working on leash training.
Dominnick was recently at a puppy event in Maryville University and all the students love him! Here’s a video of him and some of his puppy friends at the event.
