Meet Snow, isn’t she precious!? Snow hurt her little paw paw in hot grease late last week.
COVID-19 has made it difficult to obtain veterinary appointments, as vets are implementing social distancing protocols and are booked out days and even weeks right now. So we tried addressing her injury by providing advice over the phone. But her paw became infected over the weekend, and we knew she needed real medical help. Thankfully, our internal veterinarian Dr. Ed was able to do a house call today to visit Snow, and get her the antibiotics she needed!
Now she’s stuck in a cone of shame to keep her from licking her paw, and her family has the tools to help nurse her back to health.
