Special thank you to Operation SPOT and St. Louis Feral Cat Outreach for funding seven east side community cat fixes on June 11, 2017! While community cats aren’t ‘owned,’ they do have residents that care for them and feed them. To keep the cat population in check, GPG helps residents “TNR” (trap-neuter-return) to get the cats fixed and return them to their homes.
