This week, our Monday Adoptable Dog is Miss Kinley! She’s a Terrier Mix who is just as cute as can be! She was spotted on the feeding route in East St. Louis. This poor girl was on a busy street dodging school buses and trying to follow any kid that would give her attention. Our volunteer feeders swept her up and rescued her! She is currently living at the shelter and awaiting a home that can give her lots of love and attention!
Kinley is already spayed and up-to-date on her shots. She is house-trained and crate-trained. She is great about sleeping in her crate at night. She has been working on some commands and knows basics such as sit, heal, and stay. Kinley has been trained to walk on a treadmill, which will be useful on a day not fit for walking outside!
If you’d love to come home to a dog who greats you with lots of kisses and tail wags, then Kinley is your girl! We are always looking for foster parents as well. Each time a shelter dog goes to a home, GPG can make room for another rescue dog.
