I brought Harley into my home on May 28, 2013 as a foster for Gateway Pet Guardians. 48 days later, I decided to make it official and add her to my family. I continue to foster, and I attribute my ability to do so all to Harley. She’s a great foster mentor, helping the dogs I bring in understand the rules of the house and providing them endless entertainment. She sleeps with me, travels with me, and endures the heartache with me every time I let a foster go. She makes the foster experience entirely worth it, though. Because together, we gave another pup the opportunity to fill someone’s void, just like she did with me. I love my little brindle rescue baby!
