Back in March, community resident, Dartallius reached out to us for assistance after his best buddy, Rosco was attacked by another dog that came on their property. Dartallius rushed Rosco to an emergency veterinary clinic and was told it would be over $1,000 to provide the care Rosco needed to survive. After he connected with us, we were able to contribute a portion to the total cost because of the East Side Crisis Fund.
Unplanned emergency veterinary expenses in times of crisis can put many families in a tough financial situation. This is why our East Side Crisis Fund is so critical. This fund allows us to assist families with these unexpected and urgent costs to keep pets with their people.
Please consider making a donation today to the East Side Crisis Fund, so we can continue to support people and pets like Dartallius and Rosco.
