It’s important to provide for our feline friends’ mental well-being, in addition to their physical well-being. Cats have natural behaviors (such as pouncing, scratching, and playing), and need outlets to express those behaviors. To enrich their stay in foster care, we provide our cats and kittens with a variety of toys, perches, training, and fun games.
Thanks to our friends at Petfinder Foundation, we were able to invest in several new toys to provide enrichment opportunities for the felines in our care! We received an Adoption Options in Action Grant, which helped us outfit our cat and kitten foster homes with the toys and tools necessary to help our rescued cats and kittens thrive. Petfinder Foundation’s support made the playtime in the video below possible, and we can’t thank them enough!
