Magee’s incredible rescue is WHY Gateway Pet Guardians’ Community Outreach Program is so important to helping pets in the East St. Louis metro area! A community member contacted us about a skinny white dog that had been roaming the neighborhood as a stray. She was worried about the dog with the temperatures being so low. Our outreach team jumped into action. One of our Outreach Leads saw Magee but he was too scared and ran away. The following day we put a plan together to humanely trap Magee. The plan worked like a charm and Magee is now safe and warm in a foster home tonight. Check out his rescue!
