A puppy rescue in East St. Louis probably doesn’t look like what you imagine. It involved getting down and dirty, crawling under abandoned houses and sometimes digging tools like shovels, pick axes, crow bars and saws!
These little guys like to hide and they do it well, but our dedicated volunteers don’t give up easily – lucky for these pups. They were rescued just a day before the huge snow storm hit the St. Louis area and didn’t have to spend any time in freezing temperatures.
